Refund & Return Policy
Can I Get a Refund?
We stand by the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item.
To request a refund:
- Contact us by email and include your order number in the subject line.
- Provide a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
- Items must be in new, unopened condition. Used or opened items cannot be refunded.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- International shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the return is processed.
Return Conditions
Important: Do not return an item without contacting us first.
- Items must be returned in original packaging, with all materials included.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs (unless the product arrived defective or damaged).
- Poorly packaged returns that arrive damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
- Some products may require returns to special addresses—please confirm before shipping.
Packaging Instructions
- Use a sturdy cardboard box.
- Include a note with your order ID inside the package.
- Use protective packing material (foam or bubble wrap) to avoid damage in transit.
Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
- Once shipped, cancellations are subject to a 15% fee plus applicable shipping costs.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days.
- Depending on your payment method, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
- If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact your bank, credit card company, or reach out to us for assistance.
Return Address
You must contact us first to receive the correct return address. Do not ship to the address on your original package label.
Return Labels
We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for domestic and international return costs unless otherwise stated.
Partial Refunds & Deductions
In some cases, only partial refunds may be issued:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the wrong delivery address was provided, or if the customer refuses the package for non-quality reasons, a return fee of 500–650 SEK may apply.
- If the return is for personal reasons, the customer bears the full shipping cost.
