Order Processing & Delivery

All orders are typically shipped the same day or the next business day after payment is received.

During peak seasons, processing may take 1–3 business days (excluding holidays and closed days).

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days.

Important: Incorrect or changed delivery addresses may incur an additional 279 SEK fee.

Returns (14-Day Policy)

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. You can choose:

For future purchases

Return Conditions:

  • A 15% restocking fee applies.
  • Items must be in original packaging, with all plastic bags, boxes, and labels included.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments—insurance and tracking are strongly recommended.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us via email before shipping the item back.

Order Cancellations

If you cancel an order while it is already in transit:

  • You are responsible for all shipping costs (both to and from your location).
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply.

Damaged Goods During Shipping

We take great care in packaging, but damage may still occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged:

Steps to Take:

  1. Report the damage to both us and the shipping company within 7 days of receipt.
  2. Take photos of the damage and request a claim number or confirmation from the courier.
  3. Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
